Wide Horizons For Children is a leading full service, licensed non-profit agency, specializing in adoption and humanitarian aid. Since 1974, WHFC has placed over 11,000 children from around the world. The agency provides families throughout the US with personalized services including home study, child placement, educational classes, and support before, during and after adoption.
WHFC has offices in CT, MA, NH, NJ, NY, RI and VT. Our program-specific teams have extensive, direct expertise in their country program. Our Horizon Kids team specializes in finding homes for children who are older, at-risk, and with medical or special needs. Additionally, we offer financial assistance for qualifying families.
WHFC has donated more than $10 million to needy children worldwide through Humanitarian Aid programs. Furthermore, child sponsorship programs supported by our families make a difference for hundreds of children.
